A place to work
As part of its commitment to the professionalisation of visual artists in Luxembourg, AAPL hosts around 40 artists in the Verlorenkost buildings made available by the Luxembourg State.
Why permanent infrastructure matters
A professional artistic practice requires suitable, permanent infrastructure that allows artists to develop long-term work, ambitious projects, professional networks and visibility.
This offer must remain affordable and reflect the non-linear careers of cultural workers.
A place to meet
Beyond their primary role as workspaces, the Verlorenkost buildings strengthen AAPL’s wider work. Throughout the year, collective moments build cohesion and encourage peer learning.
Open Studios, Artist to Artist meetings and Piazza events make the infrastructure visible and support exchange between artists, members, partners and the public.
